We understand that sometimes it's necessary to return a product. Here's how you do it with ServerLama to ensure everything goes smoothly:
- Contact us within 14 days: Send us an email at info@serverlama.com within 14 days of receiving your product. Let us know why you want to return it and provide your order number.
- Information via email: Once we receive your email, we'll send you important information via email. Print this out and include it with your return shipment. This helps us identify your return quickly and easily.
- Packaging: Carefully package the product in its original packaging if possible. Be cautious to prevent damage during transit.
- Secure return shipment: You are responsible for safely and correctly returning the product. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and insuring your shipment. Please note that we are not responsible for transport damage or lost packages.
- Deliver only to our location: Please only deliver your return shipment to our location. We do not accept returns through drop-off or pick-up points.
- Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return shipment, we'll process your refund within 14 days. This includes the cost of the returned product and the original shipping fees.
