Warranty Terms at ServerLama

At ServerLama.com, everything revolves around your satisfaction and peace of mind. Here are our warranty terms:

Product Condition:

All our items are pre-owned refurbished unless otherwise stated. Before delivering any product, each device undergoes a thorough test and inspection by ServerLama.

General Warranty Provisions:

We offer a standard 1-year warranty. For 12 months, we cover 100% of labor and material costs, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or agreed upon during the sale.

What Validates the Warranty:

The warranty covers the proper functioning of the item. Not covered are: batteries, keyboards, and other input devices, displays and other peripherals, fractures and damage to the casing, screen, and other components.

Defects and Notifications:

If you notice defects upon receipt, please report them immediately verbally, by phone, and in writing (via email) to us. We can only provide you with full service if you do so upon collection from our warehouse or within 24 hours of receipt when shipped. After this period, our general warranty provisions apply.

Transport Damage:

In case of transport damage, do not accept the goods upon receipt and inform us immediately. If you accept the goods, unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any damage. Unfortunately, this is a requirement from our cooperation with our transport partners; they do not provide compensation when the package is accepted without notification.

Exceptions and No Software Warranty:

All equipment is delivered without an operating system and software. We do not provide a warranty for (installation of) operating systems and software.

Notifications and Submission:

Report warranty claims immediately by phone and in writing, with a clear description of the problem. Items can only be submitted to ServerLama.com by appointment. Without prior contact and agreement, we will not process any items. Ensure proper and secure return; we are not responsible for transport damage during return.

What is Not Covered by Warranty:

Transport damage is not covered by the warranty. ServerLama.com is not liable for data loss, data, or software.

Does the Warranty Expire:

Warranty expires in case of proven misuse, liquid damage, external factors (surge, lightning, etc.), alterations to the original configuration (memory, hard disk, controllers, etc.), or in case of repairs/alterations by third parties.
