Both the Flash memory and the RAM in the 2110 are easily replaceable.
The flash memory is a Compact Flash card plugged into a socket adjacent to a 44-pin IDE connector.
There is a single 200-pin DDR2 SODIMM socket for the RAM. The 256MB DIMM supplied with the unit is labelled: 256MB DDR2 PC533 505050-4104 and is manufactured by Transcend. I've installed a 512Mb module from Adata (DDR2 667) which works perfectly. I've also had reports that it works perfectly with a 2GB Compact Flash Card and a 1GB RAM module.
